Biography

Tresa Rena (Russell) Whittle went to be with our Lord on Monday, February 22, 2010 at Scott & White Hospital. She was a loving mother and wife to her surviving family. Survivors include her husband, Billy Whittle of Temple, two sons, Christopher Russell and Patrick Juillerate both of Temple, a daughter, Mistie Russell and one grandson, Brock Russell, her father, Ernest Russell and one brother, Luther Russell both of Brownwood and several nieces and nephews and also her loving mother-in-law, Dorthy Whittle and family and a grandmother, Rosie Parker of Brownwood. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Diane Russell.

Tresa was born on October 8, 1971 in Brownwood to Ernest and Patricia Parker Russell. She was a 1990 graduate of Midland Lee High School in Midland. She was a volunteer with the elderly and children for many years. She had worked as a Dietary Hostess at Scott & White Hospital for a number of years.

Services will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Grant Chapel in Troy with Rev. Roy Carpenter officiating. Burial will be at Oenaville Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6:00 - 9:00 PM Friday, at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple.

Donations may be made to the family at Texell Credit Union or mailed to Texell Credit Union for the benefit of the Billy Whittle Family, P. O. Box 983, Temple, TX 76503. On back of check write “For Deposit Only”.
